Bonus: A simple animation I made after chatting about Thor sliding in a bit
I had the opportunity to lead development of a benchmark cinematic as part of a new game pitch.
This was eventually used in a playable demo and this bit was to introduce the games version of Thor.
I developed the animatic first using Adobe Animate, then switching to a Maya block-out as soon as a rig was readied.
It's rough and rushed to meet a tight deadline, but did the trick.
I also handled look development and kickoff notes and ongoing communication between our AD and the talented team at Passion Republic who animated the final in Maya and Unreal 5 (Unfortunately final not included here)
